Turnkey Installation Projects All Around the World

Manthorpe have carried out site installation of process and testing equipment all over the UK, Europe and both north and south America. 

Manthorpe will carry out the manufacture of the components, arrange for the shipping and customs clearances and then the site installation.

The installation process will be managed by a dedicated site supervisor/manager who will control all operations from the civils work, crane hire and installation processes, either using our own employees or a local labour force, all supported by our main office infrastructure.

Bespoke Cleaning, Packing & Shipping

Our engineering, technical, quality and project management departments work together to ensure customers enjoy a first class experience when working with Manthorpe.

Over many years, we have developed our expertise with working with a variety of sized components made from a range of materials. We uphold our high standards right through manufacture to the final stages of cleaning, packing and shipping. 

We clean and pack to a wide range of requirements i.e from good commercial grade cleaning and packing through to both military and civil, nuclear primary plant packing requirements. 

We offer cleaning and swabbing to verify specific ionic contamination levels for the control of fluorides, chlorides and sulphates.Controlled Environment BS EN ISO 14644-1.

We primary pack to DEF STAN 81-41 military packing levels P & N, to meet the requirements of short, medium and long term storage. Having carried out site installation of process and testing equipment all over the UK , Europe and both north and south America, we can make all shipping and customs arrangements for the items to be installed. We will tailor your shipping needs, ensuring your components are handled with the upmost care.
