Manthorpe has built a reputation for delivering high-precision products to some of the aerospace industry's leading companies.

Our new manufacturing workshops are equipped with state of the art multi-tasking machines and our team of engineers are trained to the highest standards. Utilising our facilities, we are capable of turning and milling to a maximum diameter of three metres.

Our machining facilities are supported by UniGraphics NX8.5 CAD/CAM packages giving us full translation capabilities from UG Solid Edge, IGES, STEP, DXF, CATIA and Pro Engineer files.

We are able to tailor our manufacturing approach to suit the customers’ requirements regarding volume. In addition to this, our range of manual machine tools allow the flexibility to respond to the specialised requirements of lower volume, purpose-built and bespoke equipment. Our considerable investment in cellular manufacture with robotic controls gives us a competitive advantage for higher volume projects.

Over many years, we have developed our expertise whilst working with materials ranging from aluminium through to exotic alloys. These include but are not limited to, Titanium, Inconel, Nimonic and Waspaloy.
